Partnership brings multi-agent AI workflows to the General Managers of private, resort and other green grass facilities.
PHOENIX (September 16, 2026) — VisionTroy Inc. today announced it has been named the Official AI Workflow Partner of the PGA Magazine General Manager platform, an initiative aimed at building collaboration and connection between the 3,000+ PGA Professionals in the Association’s A-9 and A-13 membership classifications. VisionTroy joins the platform in the AI Workflow category and will be present across its General Manager website, monthly publication, weekly emails, online meetings and in-person Roundtable events.
VisionTroy runs AI workflows across every department of a club — golf operations, food and beverage, events and banquets, weddings, membership, communications, the pro shop, agronomy and staff scheduling — using 40 specialized AI agents that hand work to one another the way departments do. The value is in what moves between them: a single event drafts its own member announcements and writes the banquet event order that the kitchen, the setup crew and the bar all work from. Today that work travels by email, spreadsheet and hallway conversation. It sits on top of the systems a facility already runs, so nothing is replaced and no data migrates, and nothing goes out without a staff member approving it first. What that buys a club is hours — its people in front of members instead of buried behind a screen.
“We’re honored to be named the Official AI Workflow Partner of the PGA Magazine General Manager platform. AI is on every agenda in golf right now, but almost none of it has been shown to a GM in terms of what it actually changes in their own operation. What PGA Magazine gives us is a room full of GMs and a standing invitation to show them real workflows, hear real objections, and share real results with the people who have to live with the outcome. Until a GM can see it working in their own club, AI stays a subject rather than a choice.”— Dev Soor, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of VisionTroy Inc.
“We are very excited to announce our partnership with VisionTroy, a leader and pioneer in the AI Workflow space dedicated to optimizing green grass operations. VisionTroy has an exceptional platform, offering tailored and customizable solutions for diverse operations across private, resort and other green grass facilities. Their entry into the golf industry presents PGA Professionals and golf clubs with opportunities for operational efficiencies across golf operations, food and beverage, events and banquets, merchandising and much more.”
“VisionTroy will be actively present across all General Manager platforms’ content, encompassing the PGA General Manager-specific website, monthly publication, weekly emails, frequent online meetings, and in-person roundtable events.”— Brian Folino, President of PGA Magazine
“VisionTroy’s AI Workflow solutions will revolutionize numerous golf operations within the golf industry. PGA Magazine will also be implementing several of VisionTroy’s AI Workflow solutions within its own operation and structure.”— Brian Folino, President of PGA Magazine
VisionTroy Inc. is the AI backbone for club operations. Its multi-agent AI platform runs the administrative workflows that move between a club’s departments — on top of the systems the club already uses, with every action reviewed and approved by a member of staff before it goes out. Each club runs in its own dedicated, US-hosted environment. VisionTroy is based in Phoenix, Arizona.
